Everything Client Cleared does
AML monitoring and onboarding for Irish professional practices. Every feature here is on every plan. Plans differ only on client cap, verification credits and API access.
Your client does the work, not your team
One guided flow from the invite to the signed letter. Your client checks their own ID, answers the AML questions and sends the documents. You see each step land.
- No login and no app for your client
- Every director, owner and signatory checked on their own
- The letter waits until the checks are done
Owners and control, worked out
Chains of companies mapped and effective percentages calculated, so the real owner is found however many companies sit in between. Compared against what the client declared.
Four kinds of client
Individuals, companies, trusts, and other organisations such as partnerships, clubs and co-operatives. Each gets the questions the law asks of it.
ID and address in one sitting
Checked in the browser with a live selfie matched to the ID, or by photo for your team to review.
A risk rating you accept
Low, medium or high, worked out from the facts with every factor shown. Your compliance officer accepts it before the letter goes.
Engagement letters and e-sign
Your own templates, a letter or terms of business for each service, signed in the same flow.
Also in onboarding
- A secure, time-limited invite by email
- The AML questions first, with the evidence they call for
- Your own paperwork on a second page that never holds up clearance
- More questions only when the risk needs them
- Owners checked against the beneficial ownership register, with the 14-day deadline tracked
- Directors get their ID link only after your team approves who was declared
- Duplicates and conflicts caught against your own records
- Quiet clients chased on a gap you set
- One-off jobs, without taking the person on as a client
- Relying on another firm's checks, within the legal limits
Checked in the background, for as long as they stay
Everyone who finishes onboarding is re-screened, reviewed and watched from then on. You see only what needs a decision.
- Our own copies of the EU, UN, UK and US sanctions lists, updated daily
- Re-checked the day a list changes, whatever the cycle says
- A person decides every match, never the software
Reviews come round on their own
Your firm sets a cycle for each risk level, within what AMLR allows.
Risk only goes down when a person says so
A higher rating applies at once. A lower one waits for your compliance officer, so tidying a record never loosens the checks.
High-risk countries kept current
The EU list is read every week. A change re-checks your whole book and raises enhanced due diligence where it now applies.
Payment checks
Upload a client's payments and your firm's own approved checks run on them. Flags stay until someone says why they are fine, or passes them to the compliance officer.
Suspicion reports
Anyone at the firm can raise a concern with the compliance officer in confidence. Your client never sees any of it.
Also in ongoing AML
- Sanctions search: check a name before you meet someone
- Possible politically exposed persons hold the file until your compliance officer decides
- A daily check of each client's record for changes and gaps
- Xero invoices checked against the agreed work and fee estimate
- Deals: the other party checked too, for solicitors and notaries
- Life policies: beneficiaries recorded and checked before a pay-out
- One client to-do list for the whole firm
An inspection starts here, not with your clients
AMLR asks for a file on the firm itself. Every job it asks for is one row, each opening the page that does it, with one list of what still needs you.
- Every job marked done or needing attention
- Each change kept, with who made it
- A report to the partners built from what is already recorded
Business-wide risk assessment
All six Article 10 inputs, who drew it up and who approved it, with a review date and a reminder when it falls due.
Policies and procedures
Kept in one place, every change kept, with a list of what is still not covered.
Who is responsible for AML
Compliance officer and compliance manager appointments, dated.
Staff training and checks
Training per person, per course, with the certificate. Integrity checks approved by your compliance officer.
What you're still short of
One page of the jobs that need you.
Also in your firm's own file
- Risk events that trigger a review of the assessment
- New services and markets assessed before launch
- How client risk is scored, written down
- Testing your controls
- Reporting to the partners
- A confidential channel for staff concerns about the firm
- Requests from the FIU, logged against their deadlines
- An outsourcing register
The rest of the job, handled too
Bulk import and remediation
Bring your existing book across from a spreadsheet, screened on the way in, with each client's gaps tracked until they're fixed.
One button, the whole file
A client's full record and history, ready for a supervisor visit.
Full audit trail
Every action recorded with who did it and when, from the first invite onwards.
Your branding, not ours
Every client-facing step carries your firm's name and logo.
Security throughout
Two-factor sign-in, sensitive data and every document encrypted at rest, hosted in the EU.
Records kept for as long as the law says
AML records deleted automatically once the five years run out. Your own working papers stay until your firm decides.
Data requests handled
A person's own data exported for them alone, and erasure when it is due.
Xero
New Xero contacts queue for your team to decide who gets an invite.
Your CRM and Client Cleared, in step
Connect your CRM or practice software so nobody types the same client in twice. Included on Growth (read clients and onboardings, download documents) and Scale (everything).
- Start onboardings and add up to 1,000 clients at once
- Told the moment something changes, by signed message or a feed
- Messages carry ids and a status, never a name or a reason
- A suspicion report or a refusal never sets off a message
- Only a partner can create a key, and every read is in your audit trail
